Just wondering how could you study for a english exam.

dont write a generic essay.

understand your text, it also means remembering significant quotes considering the human brain has finite capacity.

langauge techniques form the foundation of the analysis in your extended response, e.g. metaphors, exaggeration, etc.

practice writing an extended response within a 40 minute time limit, get random questions from past papers, your english teacher etc.

Just practice writing with your hand for over an hour so that your hand does not get tired.

so basically we need to memorise quotes, techniques and stuff and practice answering different questions under exam condition. do you find reading notes very helpful? if yes, which one ??
