Yeh Ive done my whole application just waiting for my Justice of the Peace to come home and sign my papers!
Someone else posted on another thread what would be some differences.
Less Money
less equipment
Less Money + less equipment = less resources.
Less professionally qualified staff (in speech pathology other medical services..)

I took those ideas and just expanded on it.
