By the time the attending supervisors take your paper away, you won't have had time to retrieve your phone/camera.

You're not to have any electronic equipment on you while in possession of your paper.

It's most likely to constitute as cheating.

Why would you want to photograph it anyway?

someone at my school photographed their maths exam paper so they could get it marked... they got the supervisor to keep the camera during the exam and then just took a photo of it after.
