Edit: is double posting allowed? Yeah I was right, the AIRC no longer exists. FWA (Fair Work Australia) is now the main body responsible for industrial relations, reviewing annual minumum wages and they can also make "equal renumeration orders".

I have the Industrial Relations Update: The Fair Work Bill and Australia at Work by Dr Brigid Van Wanroy (Lead Researcher, Workplace Research Centre, USyd). It's a booklet from some Economic Literacy Centre that my BS (lol) teacher photocopied for us, with some added in notes. If you want I could scan the relevant pages for you.
Will markers penalise students who discuss the Workplace Relations Act and AIRC rather than the Fair Work Act, considering the changes are relatively recent?

I'd still talk about how the AIRC used to be in charge, and if you want - how there's a shift in roles to the Fair Work Australia commission.It's safe to say that Fair Work Australia has taken over many of the AIRC's functions.
