quite often when im browsing the site, if i click a link or try to make a post, sometimes i get this error msg

meilz92, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

i have to refresh it (sometimes multiple times) to get to the page, and if i tried making a post, it usually doesnt work and i have to do it again...

anybody know whats happening here? anyone else experience this?

if it helps, this little message also appears above the bored of studies logo

I experience it as well. I'm not sure what it is. I'll bring it to the attention of the Super Mods/Admin.

This has only occurred to me a few times but before I make a long post, I always copy it into the computer's memory just in case it wants to stuff up ;)

Thanks Aerath.

I usually just refresh the page if that happens (on a rare basis).

It appears to be an issue that a number of members are experiencing from time to time. Apologies, there is nothing I can do immediately to solve it. It has been flagged as an issue which needs to be fixed. Thanks for letting us know.

Or you could stop using a shitty browser like IE and switch to Firefox or Chrome. :p

I get the error as well, though. Refresh fixes it. The thing is these boards have never been stable due to the inordinately high volume of traffic that travels through them (which happens to also grow each year).

I get the same error, quite frequently...

And I'm not smart enough to remember to copy before posting lol.
