You can freeze left over icing I think. Or just keep it in the fridge for a little bit.
So you wouldn't have to make more for the next time you make cake

I need to try a new recipe. I have one for Turkish Delight cupcakes and I bought rosewater essence today. Figured it would make a suitable flavouring for the icing.

i made these cupcakes last night (didnt finish em until like, midnight) with my cousin so i thought id take a pic and share with you

they look better irl + they tasted very yummy

They look very nice as they are.

This one is phenomenal.

Turkish Delight Cupcakes!
Photos aren't that great because the sun wasn't so bright this evening.
Chocolate cupcakes with pieces of chocolate coated Turkish delight in them topped with rosewater icing and a piece of traditional Turkish delight.
They actually taste really nice.

I really need to invest in some nicer looking cupcake cases... perhaps those nice foil ones.
