okay i work in an office and i can tell you that cufflinks arent very practical

pros
they look good

cons
take longer than 20 secs to put on in the morning
easy to lose
makes your sleeve bigger
cuffs are larger, easier to stain
sleeves cannot be rolled up on hot days/always/difficult and cumbersome

i dont even wear my cufflinks shirts anymore
