the age that is published and a generalisation is 18-21 from memory, while theres always people that dont follow that generalisation -i havent grown since i was 15. there isnt really a set age because it goes case by case. usually if you are tall when you are younger, you'll stop growing earlier, but if you are short and dont have your growth spurt early/normal time, then you will stop growing later. although there are people who are short for their whole lives, although they almost always grow some amount

the ages that previous posts have shown is the age when an individuals growth slows down dramatically, but they are still growing for years after that, even if its only 0.5cm per year

It depends when puberty sets in. The earlier it sets in the earleir you stop. But most girls I know of stopped 13-15 somehwere. I was shorter than most of them till Year 10, when I started to get taller. I'm 171 and growing though, hopefully I can hit 180 (need a second spurt, my dad/uncles grew till 21 so yeah).

ur body hits it highest point in terms of peak around 27....after 33 ur body starts declining. hearing that motivated me most to start getting fit!

Re height. I think genetics has a big role naturally. I hit puberty late (which for a girl is good coz you dotn have to worry about PMS etc till later) and yet i didnt really notice a growth spurt or anything. Im 164cm....short arse compared to my younger sister and brothers.....

I remember my P.E. teaching telling us girls stop growing around 16, and boys stop growing around 18.

:S

I'm 5'11". I wish I could hit 6' lol.
