what i want to know is .. you know the day when HSC'ers get their results (sent to their mobiles etc) .. are these marks from the HSC exam alone or is it HSC marks + school marks?

(i don't understand how it works. .im a lostie when it comes to this because everyone explains it differently..)

ATAR is a rank based on your HSC mark. Your HSC mark is the average of your exam mark and your assessment mark from school assessment tasks.
