quite low. emotional blackmail is absolutely disgusting but sadly its not even just "I'll kill myself", people do it on so many levels.

I would -run- not walk away from this person because to be honest I've heard of too many men who have threatened this, had the girl stay, abused her and killed her in the end

Depends how long they're dead though. If corpse is still warm then it's ok. Fucking a cold corpse is uncomfortable because I like to cuddle after sex and cold corpses don't provide heat.
