I've checked around and it seems that Macquarie Uni is the only uni around Sydney that lets you study a three year APAC-accredited psychology degree with law. Am I right?

And also, the ATAR required is 96.20. I know this is a question hard to answer, but for those that got ATARs well over that - would 96.20 be hard to get?

I haven't finished the HSC yet, but an ATAR of 96.20 would definitely be hard to get. By achieving that, you performed in the top 3.8% of your year 7 cohort.
Don't forget Macquarie also has a bonus points system, don't rely on it completely though.

B Psychology at unis like USyd is exactly the same as B Arts or B Science, only you get into honours more easily... If you were doing a B Science/B Laws or B Arts/B Laws and doing psychology for the science or arts part, you'd finish all the psychology by your third year... and you'd have to wait til your degree is finished to do honours. There's basically no difference.

I'm guessing it'd be like that for other unis too.

That depends on whose perspective you're taking it from. Some may find it incredibly hard to work for, others may see it as laughable.

Considering that a vast majority of students do not achieve an ATAR above 96.20, it's safe to say - not easy.

Anyone who gets 96.2 has worked incredibly hard...

Also the bonus points at macquarie don't go towards law...

Yes, as far as I am aware, Macq is the only uni to offer psych and law as a combined degree.
