1. Most of them will have a stall sometime during orientation
2. Depends on the club - some require your student number
3. Talk to the guild - also the guild will be a huge pain in the ass and take forever to talk to you as its run by students and thus shit

Find the details for the appropriate club contact person (these should be on the web somewhere) and arrange with them. Sometimes you can join when you turn up to a club event.
