white countries freed the slaves, they realize rights for women, rights for gays, rights for religious and racial minorities (and invented most if not all of those things)
but..

gay rights don't exist in any muslim countries, and in some countries they are executed
women's rights in arab/african countries doesn't amount to much.
and also:
the burqa is a disgusting creation, and a muslim woman who chooses to wear it.. your identity is pretty much nothing
rights for religious minorities are recognized in some of those countries
as for racial minorities see above, and i think jordan is the only country that gives palestinians citizenship
and yet people on the left defend and ally themselves with people from uncivilized cultures/religions etc. as if they are of the highest moral standard, and at the same time attack whites as if they are the worst most racist evil people ever. why is this?
