Recommend me a graphics card (1 Viewer)

hey guys, what graphics card can i buy with a budget of ~$100AUD
i need one thats compatible with a Gigabyte GA-945GCM-S2L motherboard and intel core2 duo and 2gb ram

For $100 you could probably get like an NVIDIA 8800 or 9800 maybe not sure about Radeon equivalent probably 4800, that's nothing special these days but should be enough to play most things, some of the intense games will only work on medium settings though probs.
Can't confirm compatibility but unless it's ridiculously old mobo it should be fine.

hmm dam my comps so old lol, i just want a decent card so i can at least game, since i wanna save up for a car lols
i wouldnt really mind if its amd or nvidia

Of course it's old he's not gunna get a new top end GC for that price, but they're still decent cards for their age/cost.

yes but 6770 is about on par with 4870

but will be brand new

and be more power efficient (less heat/noise)

they are completely backwards compatible so don't worry

like how usb3.0 devices will work in a usb1.1 port etc.

case fans are generally louder than 460s in my experience
