You can do it through B Arts/B Commerce or B Commerce/B Science and choose your arts or science major as psychology. There is no B Commerce/B Psychology program though

then why wouldn't they just let you do the B psych to begin with?

Think of a B Psych as a more specialised version of say a B Arts majoring in Psych. The degrees differ slightly in the courses they offer but I can't recall them off the top of my head.

That should not matter as both pathways gives you the necessary qualifications to register as a psychologist.
