Oh not there now, just something to work on while this plateau seems to have lifted and can stop cutting.

Now at ~120-125kg 5x5.
Haven't tested 1rm in a long time - or looked at graphs.

im at 80kg, 178cm and aiming to cut quite a bit for the summeerrzz

my cut diet is mayb 2000cal/day? thats maybe a 350 cal deficit compared to how much i should be eating to maintain this weight

leg press is leg press. A true measure of strength would be through squats/compound movements
