enzyme pH, temp + concentration (1 Viewer)

Exeriment with enzymes where u change the ph, concentration and temp
Has anyone done this experiment using renin and milk. We did it with junket tablets, the rest of my class did it with liver and peptin and we ran out of time and didnt record our results. Could someone tell me the results for this experiemnt?

The optimum temp. was between 35-40 degrees Celsius because rennin operates in the stomach, hence body temperature.
The optimum pH was acidic, because the stomach has an acidic environment
An increase in substrate concentration caused an increase in enzyme activity because it got closer to saturation point.
