Kangaroo everything and milk.

Done.
just cooked 1.5kg of roo mince. yum.

But careful about milk, I read somewhere that most people are *slightly* lactose intolerant and it causes a small amount of bloating/water retention which makes you look less cut.
Roo everything and eggs.

I learnt this incidentally.
Take lots of caffeine. You will completely lose your apetite, and you wont eat. Then you lose weight as a result of not eating, and you're not even hungry.

Lol don't take lots of caffeine, just eat foods high in fibre so you get that full feeling and get off your ass and work out.

Eat heaps of meat with veges and lift heavy at the gym! If you are under weight you arent gonna get diabetes, dont binge eat aswell. Eat 5-7 meals a day each about the same size, which is rich in calories. Youll pack on the beef in no time, if you do it properly :) Also do cardio twice a week to minimize fat gain but maintain lean muscle gains
