Eating so much these days

Glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, one poached egg on white toasted bread [breakfast]
Home made beef lasagne, appletiser(?) [lunch]
A bunch of seedless grapes, an apple and a banana [snack]
salad+crumbed chicken breast [dinner]
Wafers with assortment of cheeses and tuna in oil [after dinner snack]

have not eaten this much in a long time
how's the weight gain going

lol thats just a normal eating day. this is how you should have been eating all your life.

2 scoos of gelato "da nutz" (peanut, white chocolate, something else) and "sicilian sunset" some orange thing with biscuits soaked in liqueur or something i forget, but it was delish
almonds
blueberries
salmon and pumpkin for dinner
1/2 a small flourless chocolate tart (omg so amazing)
protein shake after my workout.

fried rice noodles with teriyaki chicken for brunch

that will keep me full for the whole day so i will probably just have some egg whites for dinner.

do you have a restricted diet because of that heart condition you have. i mean did the doctors advise you to stay away from some foods?
Nope. I can eat whatever I want.

The nurse I had at the hospital said that I should never have more than ten chips at a time. She said her daughter would keep a watch over me to make sure I kept to that rule. Which was interesting, because the nurse's daughter was my MX1 buddy at school.

(i took it as a... humourous remark, i hope she didn't mean it literally)

And if she did, all those extra chips? Totally worth it. om nom nom
