Hey guys.

So I am anticipating that I am trailing behind first in behind by around 3-4%. Now, I only have 2 more assignments left being 20% and 30% for the trials. The first two assignments I did were 30% and 20%. I have not got my results back but with the next assignments/exams, will it be extremely difficult to get 1st? Considering I am trailing by this gap.

This is obviously hypothetical and is the WORST CASE SCENARIO.

To be honest get back to us after u get the results back and that will give us a clearer picture.

However, keep in mind it is always possible to catch up, there are two ways

A) you kill the next few assessments and get fantastic marks way beyond the other person
B) they stuff up

True man.

But i don't know, there are 2 assignments/exams left and I don't know if they're enough to take 1st place. I feel pumped to study hard for bio though..

Well if you're trailing by 3-4%, in theory - yes.

But is the person coming first a beast? Like I know for English, there was this one girl in my class - everyone knew she was going to get first. So we all ended up fighting for second place.

No I don't think so. But if that is the case, then trials is my main opportunity to take 1st. But for biology, I'm kind of in a dilemma because I might consider dropping it since I have a really bad teacher and I don't feel motivated to study for it, but I actually like the subject and well all my other subs are crappy.. except 4u.

Well for now, keep putting in 100% effort. If so, you may capitalise on a mistake or something. Who knows, the first ranked person may hand in an assignment late and you have to be there - you have to be the Ultimate Opportunist - and take first place!

Yes you are right. I will put in 100% now, no more joking around. I know for a fact that my school sets easy assignments but if I can destroy her by a large margin in trials (10-15 marks) then 1st will be mine. Dropping would be a defeatist attitude.

By the way Shadow, I saw your thread on WWE or whatnot and I'm assuming by the use of "The Ultimate Opportunist" you're referring to Edge? Hahah I haven't watched it in yearsss

m8, I used to LOVE wrestling haha. It's okay atm but I (and probably 90% of people) would say it was the best up to 2008. My friends told me about WM 28 and tbh I think it was disappointing how a highly anticipated championship match between Sheamus and Daniel Bryan, only lasted for 18 seconds? DAFUQ?

Yes, but most of that card was amazing. Triple H v Undertaker was... I think the best wrestling match ever in terms of the storytelling aspect.

I remember like in Bankstown a few weeks ago, I met sheamus and farr when he shook my hand, it felt like he was trying to rip my arm out of my socket ahha. Or maybe I am just weak >_>. I'll have to watch WM 28 then, since I don't have anything to do
