If one existed, it would most certainly not be a legal copy, let alone publicly post on a forum.

I believe there are industrial scanning machines where you can just throw in stacks of loose leaf sheets (so you would have to essentially destroy the book by chopping off the spine) and it automatically scans and amalgamates all the scans into one PDF file.

just buy the book second hand lol. it's only ~15-20$.

Or you could scan 10 pages a day for 20 days.
