LOL it never ceases to amaze me how much people actually read into and care about these things.
I'm just stating obvious information - what's there to read into? I think you're the one reading too much into my response :)

Lol, do you really think I'd ask a seemingly obvious question? He has 1558 posts, not 231. You have to include NS and NCAPs forum posts as well. For the record, you have 4565 posts, not 1031. The visible post count isn't how many posts you have - it just displays how many posts you have according to an administrative setting, ie. doesn't include NS and NCAPs and other forums which don't increment the visible post count.
NCAP posts are already displayed in your post count.

my older account has no posts at all yet has the option to change its title, but I made it in 2009 so I can't tell what time I was able to change it.
I think it's 6 months since your join date and you can change it.
