I've got my paper. I'll send it to you after trials if you haven't gotten a copy by then.damnit i wanna do the test now haha
true, especially since it's a combined year 11/12 paper anywayah ok
i guess it being a competition and all, they introduce these concepts to separate the students who may have more mathematical knowledge
don't get your hopes up. Will you be annoyed if you get a credit?Hoping for a participation.
Those are always in there (even year 10) as those skills are based on logic and something you don't necessarily need to be explicitly taught. We havent done perms and combs yet let alone any of the probability in year 11 as my teacher hates it... so I was screwed in that department.
I was crushed last year when I got a D.don't get your hopes up. Will you be annoyed if you get a credit?
haha. nice thoughI was crushed last year when I got a D.
Came out of no where.
Biggest. fluke. ever.haha. nice though
ah shitI can post solutions up to the harder questions I know I got right, (question 25, 26, and 29), if anyone is interested.
Also for the question earlier in the thread, the XYXYXYXY probability one was 1/70.
Edit: Not sure if allowed to post solutions yet, some people haven't done it...ah shit
I was about to guess that randomly, but then I thought perhaps 1/256 looked more legit.
Should have trusted my first instincts lol
