Hi, I'm just wondering how you are meant to assess the validity for a certain experiment. E.g- solubility of substances in water- how are you mean to assess it?

Validity is the extent to which a test measures what it is supposed to measure (the aim). In order to be valid, a test must be reliable but reliability does not guarantee validity.

So how would you go about answering a question about validity for an experiment?
