Which uni provides better teaching in the fields of Science and Engineering?
Which uni provides better environment and care?
and which one is social beneficial (i.e. which uni is more carefree and easy going <--- I know all unis contains stress, but which one is better)?

UNSW, arguably.

This is something hard to tell though - you would need to have attended both universities in order to give a reasonably objective answer. But the general consensus/understanding is that UNSW engineering better.

Most people here will not be able to give an unbiased opinion.

For the record I went to USyd and found its science programme excellent, as well as its social life.

My advice: visit both campuses, check out the bars and food courts etc and pick which one 'feels right'. Both will offer you an excellent education, especially in the Sciences and in Engineering.

Then which B Medical Science is better? UNSW or USYD? This includes resources, teachers, work load and what you are going to learn about?

it's not worth doing

also UNSW is 100% better for engineering
100% better? I think not. I grant that it is slightly higher ranked, but this difference is not as large as you make it out to be. And for an undergraduate degree it hardly matters, I have friends who have completed eng degrees at both universities enjoying equal amounts of success.

This pretty much, check out both and decide which is best for you.

I like both fields of study so I probably do. However, I didn't do Physics so that would hurt me a bit, but there are always bridging courses :)
