Q1. We have 9 digits and we want to pick 3 if them. So essentially, we want to find out how many combinations there are possibly. Not sure how you got your 3!3!3!.

Q3. Differentiate a couple of times and 'notice' a pattern. One of those fits the pattern.

Q4. As realise has said.

Q9. Think about what happens when we multiply complex numbers. Recall the formula cis(A) x cis(B) = cis(A+B). Now try it with the angles of a triangle A, B and C...

So the answer to question 1: is 9C3=84 is this right (since combination question) is that what you mean?

You are one of the best mathematician out there. Thanks for your help, I have some other questions as well.

Almost, but not quite. The reason is because the problem asked for THREE groups of three. Your answer currently is just 1 group of 3, from a total of 9.

Tbh, it wouldn't be such a bad mini exercise if it was completed the way it should be, i.e. no online help, tutors etc... As long as the weighting is less than 10%

It should be 0% but N-award for non-completion if at all...

What's the rush? It's the holidays, it's not due tomorrow (I assume). Sit down with a textbook and learn the damn content.

Don't mean to be rude but you can't rely *only* on the teaching by the teacher or just doing school homework, if you want to ace MX2 you need to put in your work and do 'extra' homework such as excel books and stuff to get a better understanding and more practice, which can also be done by going tutoring but that comes at a bigger price. Rote learning maths as it were humanities is a very bad idea, from your frustration you definitely need to put in more effort to be competent in MX2. It is a demanding subject to keep up with, but if you find it too much of a hassle then you need to consider your studying habits or drop to MX1.

As others have said, it is the holidays, take the time to sit down and practice more maths and not just give up and 'push' the maths questions away because they will still be there, it's whether you or not are willing to improve to be able to do them

There's no way you'll get full marks in an actual HSC exam for 4u maths. Also, setting yourself such high expectations may mean you don't achieve them as you may put too much pressure on yourself. By all means, try your best but don't overdo it.

Hey man , Thanks for your good advice but you dont understand my situition, its my first assessigment and it is very stressful. especially in these holidays preparing for others subjects and doing other assignment. so I have trouble, just like you probably did once, needing help.

I understanding what you feel and want to help me but please can all you guys understand by situation and support me with the questions.

Hopefully, one day I get into medicine and make my parents happy. This is my inspiration and also help anyone in any needs in the future. So please help me with the questions at the bottom, as I am so busy with studying for half yearly.

lol do you even understand my situition, I am not like others who leave stuff away. especially maths is one of my favourite subjects... that why I aim high. I do take time, I do like many questions a day... not just maths but other subjects... but this is my assignment. I need help with it.

so with the questions I did the ones I could, so need help with the others ones.

Why do you want full marks, 99.95, etc if you aren't willing to put the work in? Most people who aim for 99.95 do it because it motivates them to work their hardest. You realise that in the real world, outside of this insular little HSC community, no one cares about your HSC results right? A 99.95 will be a product of an excellent work ethic, robust stress management skills, and effective studying habits (and an element of luck). These are the things you should be aiming to develop, as they will count toward the rest of your life. I promise you that no one here is going to complete your entire assignment for you. So go learn some maths. If you need help with specific questions, people here will push you in the right direction (e.g. for Q3: start by evaluating dy/dx, then d2y/dx2. This should be enough)

Hopefully, one day I get into medicine and make my parents happy.
...oh come on dude this has to be a troll.

Exactly. I think this is suspicious! this guy seems like either an epic troll or a ridiculously ambitious kid who underestimates the difficulty of achieving the marks he desires.

You can, and many students in the past, have gotten into a lot of trouble for posting assignments here asking for solutions.

Post us what working out you do have, or what ideas you have currently, and then we can guide you to the correct answer.

But don't expect us to spoonfeed it to you.
