Your creative should be the shortest part of Paper 1. Try to keep your creative at 900ish. (Pref. ~800-850, Defo no more than 1000). Your essay, however, should be 1000 minimum to 1,200.
This is just imo. These guidelines vary as per the student, their writing speed, and conciseness. Results may vary.
