It was a business report, one of the issues it stated was that "the staff (including the previous CEO) are relatively young, many of whom seem to be unsure about their precise role and responsbility within the business..
The proper strategy to use would be to use autocratic (leadership) styles HOWEVER i accidently put training and development, and explained that by training them, the staff will be better skilled etc...
is this right/wrong/suggestions?
