How to footnote if... (1 Viewer)

How do i reference with footnotes if i refer to the same page number (p100) in a book (blablabla) but the information i use are placed in 2 different paragraphs of my assignment. do i footnote it and just rewrite the exact same thing at the bottom of the page? so at the bottom it'll have like:
"1- blablabla, p100"
"2- blablabla, p100"

?

I presume this is MLA referencing that you are talking about. You could nest references or use ibid (depending upon the exact circumstance).
