LOL i was actually considering B, because A was "near" the town and the water being dumped would screw up the town. But then i looked at the scale. And i told my self nup.

Did you mention the structure of soap (head and tail) which allows for micelle formation?

I mentioned how the non polar tail binds with grease due to dispersion forces? and it's hydrophobic while the head is hydrophilic and polar forming ion-dipole interactions with water. I'm so tired atm cbf typing all that complicated stuff

Obviously said CaCl2 can be disposed easily, water can be used as a coolant etc

In the end i put like a summary that:
A is closer to the ocean, so wastes can be easily disposed of.
It is closer to the town and the Na2CO3 market
And finally, I wrote that possibly there are other industries nearby (such as petroleum or natural gas and/or ammonia plants), because they'd also want to be near the city for their markets and hence the different industries could integrate.

I guess you could. For me it felt like a disadvantage because it was so far away. It was like a winding track of like 300km of rail. If you do mention that, as long as you provide a reason it should be treated as correct.

Idk why but I just think it was important in showing why A was preferable over B and that the advantages of B (limestone) were not only limited to B (transport using train).

I could be wrong. I hope I am lol..
