what if the marks arent too high do (BOS) take the rank in account? is that right? or are about mark as well? sorry im new so yea btw is it true that the BOS look at the 1st rank mark and last rank mark and then align it

The boardofstudies takes your ranks and internal marks, but It gets moderated based on how well you do in your externals. That's what I have been told.
