Then just write from the syllabus dot points depend on the question

Totally agree with this.

For me personally I find that using acronyms for all sections of each topics helps me remember a lot of the content. For example I use STOOPINGQ to remember the operations strategies (SCM, technology, overcoming resistance to change, outsourcing etc.)
