Food has a 10% increase and is weighted at 30%, so it contributes 3% toward total CPI increase (10% x 30%)
Health has a 30% increase and is weighted at 10%, so it contributes 3% toward total CPI increase (30% x 10%)
Housing has a 25% increase and is weighted at 15%, so it contributes 3.75% toward total CPI increase (25% x 15%)
Clothing has a 20% increase and is weighted at 20%, so it contributes 4% toward total CPI increase (20% x 20%)

So the answer should be D

Hoping its a really hard exam this year so that it aligns well :p
noo if it's hard then I make heaps of mistakes in MC lol. But there's sort of a pattern with some papers being easy, then the next year it's hard. I think the 2013 paper was quite moderate.
