I sleep at 3:00 everyday lmao.

I tried sleeping at 11:30 last night. But couldn't sleep and checked the cock and it was 1:30 pm.

I feel your pain! It's taken me a week to change my sleeping pattern from 4/5am to 1/2pm. Just force yourself to get up a little earlier every day and you'll be tired earlier. I also find that going to the gym/ballet/running around midday to 2pm makes me sleep better at night.

oh btw i also sleep in the afternoons like around 5:00 to 7:00 usually. That's probs why i can't sleep at night lol.

try having power nap of 20 mins in arvo not 2 hours lol

Semi-auto gun cocking is for kids. Full auto is where its at.

When you start feeling quite sleepy in the afternoon one day, go outside and do something, and then around 7pm do some heavy exercise and come back home at 9 and then shower maybe skip dinner too then sleep at 10. If you do this once you can fix your sleeping pattern completely. Just one day is required then you should be fine after. Works well for me.

Do some weight lifting, then shower. You'll feel pretty tired after body goes into a relaxed state after the shower.

Exercise helps. Also make sure final half hour before bed is not in front of bright lights eg computer screen or phone. Gradually you will get to sleep earlier if you remove all distractions at night.

Also do you find your room and bed temperature okay? I found that had a huge impact on my ability to sleep well and according to my plans.

Yeah room and bed temperature, comfort, as much darkness as possible, are good to getting you to sleep early. All those sleepless nights in summer.
