Yes, you do enrol prior to o-week. Typically in late Jan or early Feb.
In terms of how you enrol, that depends on the university you will be attending. Several universities have an in-person enrolment process, while others allow you to enrol online. You will be given details instructions in regards to how to enrol when you receive your offer.

If I received an offer to uc and want a different one now, do I have to tell the uni? Or will they notice when I get another offer from them and enrol in that one?
I'm pretty sure you can just leave it??
