If a girl has bf and has had for long time but has strong affection/attraction to another dude she regularly talks to for a long time which doesn't go away, what advice would you give her?

Should she drop strong, stable, heavily invested relo and chase something which is more fun but not as stable?
Yes

It's unfair to the person who's still investing their time and effort into the relationship. Would recommend her to leave, otherwise emotional ties to another person will cause problems for her.

What if she's too deep inside the relo to just leave? Like very deep they could get married tomorrow and no one would be surprised

I.e. This is a question of secuirty vs excitement
She should go for what she feels is right. Obviously ending the relationship and going after the other person may be frowned upon or even backfire in terms of the other person just looking to get some..
If the relationship is worth it, maybe they could look at some ways to spice things up?

Yeah she knows the other person only just wants some. That only fuels her attraction haha

WTF.. She obviously should get out of the relationship for the other partner's sake. If you lust so hard after someone else it'll probably lead to a slippery slope and decline of the relationship even if she doesn't get with him. I think she'd just become less attracted and happy with the current partner over time.

Very true

She should leave. Even if it is just for something casual. It's unfair to her partner.

For one, cast aside romantic intentions from your already girl friends. I doubt any of them consider you anything more, however you never know and often over time friendships can evolve.
Srs tips for meeting new girls & introducing romantic intentions: Make yourself seem busy and that your time is precious - this will show the girl that you are serious about hanging out or whatnot or going on a date rather than just chilling. Also you want to keep the conversation a little flirty, try also avoid areas about her boy troubles and keep some things of you a little mysterious. To begin with don't take things too seriously e.g. messaging every day and saying you'll always be there for her and such, this opens you up to be walked all over.
TL;DR - keep the conversation a little flirty at times (you'll know when it is) and don't open yourself up as just a friend.
Also just chill out, IMO having a girlfriend during the HSC is a no no.. Going on dates or something once in a blue moon is cool but don't get in over head in feels, you don't need that during the HSC.
This is actually very good advice

Establishing your intentions from the outset is vital, otherwise you'll fall in the trap every other guy does
