Yeah I got the same as photastic. So it's between 4 and -1. Remember to find that area you have to do the top curve minus the bottom curve to get the middle section ie 3x +4 - x^2 and then you integrate that between the boundaries to get the middle section.

however if the same integral is asked after the differentiation, that is within the syllabus of 3U.
