Hello :)

This might be a silly question, but I would like it clarified anyway.

So I have two education units (teaching English 1 and teaching history 1) which begin in week 7. The unit outlines don't have any dates, just say week 7 is when lectures/tutes/seminars begin.

Am I right in assuming that classes begin from 20th April? We had week 5 before Easter week off, so tomorrow (13 April) begins week 6, right?

It's probably ridiculous but I just wanted to ask opinions that my education units aren't counting Easter week off as a week?

Thanks :)

Yes, tomorrow should be week 6. But probably just confirm with your lecturer just in case? :)

Yup, you're right. The mid-sem break doesn't count as a week. So we will be entering week 6 tomorrow.

Thanks for the replies :)

I wasn't really sure if weeks were 100% standard for everything in the uni.

Either way, I have essays to work on and wouldn't mind getting to Fisher library anyway, so I'll head in and duck my head in just in case classes are on. I'm pretty sure they won't be but I can do uni work anyway so the travel won't be a waste and it will put my mind at ease, haha :) Don't want to risk it because education lectures are compulsory, although I'm pretty they don't start tomorrow.
