My marks are horrid and at this rate, I don't think I will get into Medicine (if umat had a face, I will punch it).

School Rank: 39
Advanced English: 30/190
Ancient History: 20/30
Biology: 2/59
Chemistry: 9/83
Advanced Mathematics: 37/120
Extension Mathematics: 18/109

What do you mean your marks are horrid? Raw marks in assessments don't matter, rather how you rank among your cohort. And frankly, your ranking well in everything besides ancient history. Solid school ranking, solid ranks, I'd guess 97.3
Your going to need to improve ancient history definitely if you want 98+, as it doesn't scale as well as your ther subjects and you aren't doing as well in it.

Hopefully I get something like that (trying to get 99+ but happy with around 98).

Not so happy with my Ancient History and Advanced Maths ranks though.

At the moment, you're probably looking at between 97.5 and 98.5 - more likely towards that right hand side of the spectrum.

What ranks do you guys think will get me into the 99+ atar range?

And, any suggestions on how to improve?

Im going to be realistic with you. You are looking around the 97.50-98.40 range currently.
