Tuesday
Breakfast:
Lunch: Fish & chips, 3 x potato scallops
Dinner: 4 x mini spinach & ricotta triangles + tomato sauce
Snacks: 2 x chocolates

There used to be a fish and chip shop I used to like and which I hadn't been too in 4 to 5 years. I went there spur of the moment on Tuesday and got 1 piece of battered fish, two potato scallops (although they gave me 3) and there minimum order of chips ($2 I think it was). I only ate about half of the chips.

I haven't tried fish in about 2 years so I was surprised when it tasted okay and I managed to ear perhaps half a dozen bites of it (it was thin).

Dont stop eating when you lift. I made that mistake and I made no progress.

And yes, if you want to lean bulk then you can keep track of the food you eat.
