So trials are is starting tomorrow and I'm confident that my final rankings would be something like the following:

English Adv 120/258
Mathematics:70/198
IPT: 9/15
Chinese Heritage: 50/80s
Physics: 70/85

My school is ranked in the 60s

Say if I do amazingly well in the HSC (all band 6s), do I still have a chance to get an ATAR of 85?

You don't need band 6 for an ATAR of 85.00. The big thing is bringing your ranks up if possible, by doing well in trials.
