This website, I read in one of the threads here from last year helped users find out if they were getting an offer before the 18th.

Does it still work? I can't log in, but got guaranteed entry (100%) to my degree.

If so, when should it start working?

If you've got guarenteed entry and you've preferenced the course like they say you should then you are 100% guarenteed to get an offer.
