Can I take general education in the first year? (1 Viewer)

I want to take general edu at year 1 but the program structure of my major put general education courses in year 2.
Do i have to follow the structure strictly? Or just take the general education at any year?

You can take it whenever you want as long as you have 12 UOC upon graduation .
