Use m=tanx where x=180-<aoc that finds u gradient of oc which equals gradient of ab since they are parallel. Then use that value for gradient and the point b, in the y-y1=m(x-x1) formula

The only part I don't get is why do you use point b and not c

I got it jazz519 and integrated that you were trying to tell me ignore my previous question I got your point thanks. The lines are parallel and therefore the gradient is the same and we can apply the gradient to line AB.
