Different rental companies have different policies regarding car insurance. For example, some of them might have a complete car insurance plan, others might have just some expenses covered, and some might not have car insurance.

I became an accountant Worked in big 4 for a while, and then moved to a bank.

And, it's a reference to an old feature in BoS where you could click a star to give rep/credit to someone.
