Hint: we may write

$1 - \frac{1}{(n+1)2^n} + \frac{n+3}{(n+1)(n+2)2^{n+1}}$

as

$1 - \left( \frac{2 \cdot \frac{n+2}{n+1}}{(n+2)2^{n+1}} - \frac{\frac{n+3}{n+1}}{(n+2)2^{n+1}}\right).$
