Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone could voice their predictions for this year's legal essays?
For Crime I was thinking it could be International Crime, but for Consumer and Family I have no idea.

hey i got one, evaluate the effectiveness of legal and non legal measures in...... Basically for all the past legal exams one of the options would always be that and the other one is about a specific area.

it's such a small part of the syllabus. ALso remember they give 2 questions so even if one was international crime then you could just do the other

Honestly i think it'll be about balancing the rights of Society, victim and offender. I'm pretty confident we'll get a question on the division or seperation of powers for one of the short answers since we haven't gotten that the last few years, i don't do family or consumers so can't help you there but for Indigenous peoples it's usually on legal and non legal, land rights or state sovereignty.
