Will they be giving average internal marks out or due to moderation they cant?

my school didnt give out any mark in the reports, just the cumulative ranks
are schools even supposed to give out final internal marks? coz they end up being changed/moderated by NESA anyway

If you are referring to individual student marks, then NESA cannot inform students of the overall marks that their schools submit, as per the following:

We don’t tell students their submitted school assessment marks because we must still moderate these marks and align them to achievement standards. You will instead receive a report showing your ‘rank’ (position in your school group) in each course, based on your school assessment mark.

If by "average", you are referring to average marks of a cohort, then the same will most likely apply, as per the moderation process:

The mean of the school group’s assessments is adjusted to equal the mean of the exam marks obtained by the students in that group.

It is also worth mentioning that no average marks were included in any of my school reports.

My school gave us and Yr 12 ranks and comments, sadly no percentage.
