Thank you for your quick response! I know business and legal aren’t classified as pre-requisites but in terms of content, is it beneficial to a commerce or law degree? Also I already plan on doing eco. Both business and legal studies aren't classified as prerequisites for such degrees - however if I were to choose to do one as a hsc subject, I'd choose Economics
If you were to choose between business or legal (and considering you already do eco), I would choose legal ... that is because business and eco are quite similar in year 12 content.Thank you for your quick response! Down the line, i am also considering becoming either a math or economics teacher. Since eco isn’t the most in demand subject, I plan on potentially teaching business and/or legal alongside eco. I feel like if I was to teach a subject, it would be beneficial for me to experience learning the subject.
For context, my other subjects are English adv, math extension 1, eco and maybe modern his.
Thanks a lot!
maybe relevant, but unnecessary. you can cover the relevant content in uni.I am currently debating between subjects with no relevance (english ext 1 and VA) and subjects with some relevance (business and legal). For context, i want to go into either economics, public policy, marketing or law.
Cheers!
Does legal include a lot of rote learning? also good luck for the Hsc!If you were to choose between business or legal (and considering you already do eco), I would choose legal ... that is because business and eco are quite similar in year 12 content.
However, it would also be beneficial to do business for that reason, that is, business and eco being similar in content. I'm not sure about the scaling difference between business and legal
My two elective subjects right now are econ and legal
