How to go about solving this? Answer is (D) but I don't understand the transformation of f(2x) in the first place...

Because it is a -f(x), that would indicate that the function has flipped, eliminating a and b

To get from f(x) to f(2x) ... that means it dilates horizontally by a factor of 0.5

Yeah lol, I've just been spamming past papers in preparation for the exam
Same lol I’ve just got a fat stack of past papers printed out and I’ve been just spamming those everyday… I still don’t feel fully prepared even after like 6 past papers, I’m so terrified for the exam.

Is this prelims?

6 papers per subject will be the bare minimum by the time HSC comes around Bahahahahaha.

I've finished 14 papers or so and those don't include the ones from my school (was saving them for last and starting them all today), the fear of getting a bruh mark after all that terrifies me to this day

Yup.

Gah, I’m terrified, at least I’ll have longer to prepare right? I’ve only really had a week and a half to prepare for the prelims because of my religion trials, so that’s my excuse haha

Yeah same, I’m scared I’ll just go into the exam room and make tons of mistakes… I really want to keep my 1st ranking it’s so stressful 😪
